Please read these terms carefully before using Shwe POS. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Data Storage & Offline-First System
Shwe POS is built on an offline-first architecture. All transaction logs, product listings, and expense reports are stored locally on your device (using IndexedDB). If Cloud Sync is disabled, you are solely responsible for local data safety and backup. When Cloud Sync is activated, your data is securely backed up to your designated secure cloud database instance.
2. Subscription Billing & 14-Day Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on all subscription plans. Upon completion of the trial period, subscription fees are billed annually in advance. Payments must be processed through our official Telegram and Viber chat helplines (+959789889008). All subscription purchases are final, and we do not issue refunds.
3. Installation & Inventory Configuration
Under the Basic and Standard plans, shop registration and product catalog inputs are self-service tasks for the user. Dedicated Initial Setup and catalog upload services (up to 100 products) are provided exclusively as part of the Premium Plan. Additional catalog upload services can be requested for a service fee.
4. Staff Management & Password Accountability
Shop owners hold sole responsibility for setting up staff permissions and maintaining cashier credentials. Shwe POS is not liable for unauthorized sales voids, changes to expense ledgers, or data security breaches arising from shared passwords or poorly managed manager accounts.
